he Head of Learning Enhancement leads and champions an inclusive approach to teaching and learning across the Prep School (Nursery to Year 6), ensuring that every pupil is supported, challenged, and empowered to achieve their full potential.

The role has strategic and operational responsibility for Learning Enhancement provision throughout the Prep School, including oversight of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and those identified as Able, Gifted, and Talented (AGT). The postholder will work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure that effective support, appropriate challenge, and targeted interventions are delivered consistently and successfully.

The Head of Learning Enhancement will ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to pupil development and inclusion across the School. As a member of the Prep School Academic Management Team (AMT), the postholder will contribute to the academic leadership of the Prep School and help shape policy, practice, and provision to secure excellent outcomes for all pupils.

This role reports directly to the Head of the Prep School. In carrying out the responsibilities of the post, the successful candidate will be expected to work in close collaboration with the Director of Learning Enhancement.
