Ardingly College is seeking enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Educators (Bank Staff) to join our outstanding Prep School, supporting children aged 2–5 in our vibrant Nursery and Early Years setting. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for newly qualified or experienced Early Years practitioners looking for ad hoc work within a warm, supportive and high-achieving environment.

 

About the role
You will:

  • Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support children’s development, wellbeing and early learning
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
  • Contribute to a stimulating and inspiring learning environment

 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
  • Has experience working with children aged 2–5
  • Is caring, flexible and committed to high-quality early education
  • Brings energy, creativity and a genuine passion for working with young children
