The Vacancy
Ardingly College International Ltd (ACIL) is a wholly owned subsidary of Ardginly College Family of Schools. Established to realised the College's international vision. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Head of Education who will work in close partnership with the Director of Ardingly College International.
This role offers a rare opportunity to influence and elevate educational quality across Ardingly’s international family of schools. You will champion and articulate the Ardingly College educational vision across the full K–12 age range, supporting international schools to interpret and embed this vision within their own contexts.
Leading quality assurance reviews and strategic educational support, you will play a pivotal role in driving consistency, excellence and innovation worldwide. From 2027, you will also lead the delivery of the Ardingly College UK Summer School, working collaboratively with international partners to bring the Ardingly ethos to life on campus.
