Ardingly College is seeking to appoint a minibus driver to transport students on regular morning and/or afternoon bus routes from Ardingly College.

 

Applicants are required to fulfil the following criteria in order to be considered for this position:

 

  • hold an endorsement free UK driving license with Category D1 or Category PCV
  • be available to work every week day when the College is in session (normally 165 days per year)
  • have 2 years driving experience

 

The applicant should also be presentable, polite, reliable, punctual and able to work without supervision.

 

We would consider applications from those seeking to work either morning or afternoon shifts or from those interested in working both.

 

Morning routes are between 6.00am and 8.30am, during term time only.

Afternoon routes are between 5.15pm and 7.45pm Monday to Thursday, and 4.15pm to 6.45pm on Fridays, during term time only. We would be happy to consider a job share for this role.

 

Salary per shift: £6,339.98 per annum (based on £13.04 per hour and paid holiday entitlement)

 

All staff are eligible for free meals and have access to an onsite gym, swimming pool and other leisure facilities.
