At Ardingly College, we believe childhood should be filled with curiosity, discovery, creativity, and joy. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Educator to join our outstanding Nursery team within our beautifully restored Farmhouse setting.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

✔ Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years Education and Care
 ✔ Experienced in working with children aged 2 to 5 years
 ✔ A confident and nurturing practitioner who puts children's needs at the heart of everything they do
 ✔ Creative, enthusiastic, and committed to high-quality Early Years practice
 ✔ An excellent communicator who enjoys working closely with families and colleagues

What We Offer

Salary of up to £30,234.45 (based on £14.79 per hour)
42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
42 working weeks per year (term-time plus additional weeks for holiday cover)
