Ardingly College is seeking to recruit a Duty Manager within its Catering and Hospitality team. This is a brand new role, providing operational management cover across Front of House catering and hospitality services.
The Duty Manager will act as the senior operational presence during allocated shifts, supporting both core feeding and hospitality delivery, and ensuring standards, staffing and positive customer experience are maintained at all times.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a supervisory or management role within catering, hospitality, or a customer-facing service environment. Good working knowledge of front-of-house operations and service standards are essential.
We will accept applications from those seeking either full time or term time (plus) hours. Working hours are 40 hours per week over 5 days. Weekend availability is essential.
The salary is based on £32,884 FTE and will be calculated according to hours agreed.
All staff are eligible for complimentary meals when working and have access to an onsite gym, swimming pool and other leisure facilities.
