The Vacancy
The EYFS Lunchtime Supervisor provides high‑quality care, supervision, and pastoral support for Early Years pupils during lunchtime sessions. The role involves building warm, nurturing relationships with children, supporting their social development, and ensuring their wellbeing and safety at all times. The postholder will supervise meals, facilitate purposeful indoor and outdoor play, maintain organised and safe learning environments, and uphold all safeguarding and health & safety procedures. Working closely with EYFS staff and school leaders, they contribute to a consistent, caring, and inclusive provision.
