We are seeking to appoint a Sports Assistant to support the Prep Sports department. The role will focus on both administrative and operational support, as well as coaching and promoting the general progress and well-being of individual pupils across the Prep School. 

The successful candidate will have a varied experience of playing and/or coaching sports. There is a preference for experience in one of the College’s flagship sports (Netball, Hockey, Football, Swimming or Cricket), however all experience will be considered. They will be required to take part in the sports programme throughout the week in the Prep School, supporting the Head of Prep Sport with organising and preparing for fixtures on Wednesdays and Thursdays. There will be a requirement to support with Senior School sports and fixtures on a Thursday and Saturday. 

 

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, for 35 weeks per year (during term-time only, plus one additional week to assist with pre-season training). The actual times of work are subject to flexibility and will be agreed directly with the Head of Prep Sport. 

Rate of Pay:  £23,938.25 (inclusive of holiday pay)
